Portraits and candid life taken outside the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio from July 18-22, 2016. The path I followed for this RNC was similar to what I did in Tampa, four years earlier, walking a deserted urban landscape dominated by iron fencing and police.
Both assemblies resembled a poorly made pizza; a huge crust of cops, doughy bubbles of media and a concentrated center of cheesy delegates (no offense, maybe work on your bling for 2020). Demonstrators threw a few tomatoes but what’s the point of vegan pizza?
